Such a wonderful place! Staff-amazing, kind, chatty, informative and pleasant. The place is exceptionally clean, tidy (and cool!). Reception staff let me know they were running a little late which was fine. My treatment was first class, and post treatment advice was bang on. I will continue to use as my dentist and would strongly recommend.

Good dental clinic, I have been using it for more than 10 years now. Very nice, helpful and personal, nice working system. Always reminding you about your appointment and having a nice SMS system allowing you to get early appointments if it is possible. 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend you become a clinic member if you are looking for one.

First class dental experience. I felt well cared for, the dentist and his nurse were outstanding. The general reception staff were exceptional when I was unsteady on my feet after treatment. Also very patient with me as I have severe hearing issues, taking the time to slowing explain and ensure I understood. Thank you to all concerned.

I have recently been fortunate enough to receive dental treatment from the amazing Mr Islam Mohamed. I am an anxious patient but have always felt safe and reassured during the procedures thanks to his calming presence - I hope I never have to see another dentist! Dental nurses have always been appropriately friendly and supportive. Superb hygienist too who I plan to see regularly. In fact, West End Manse is a great practice all round. Friendly and helpful reception staff, plenty of appointments available, great communication. You really feel valued here as a patient. I am not from Haverhill but happy to travel for this exceptional service and diligent dental care. Thankful that my last dentist kicked me off their list!! If you're looking to change dentist - try them, you will not regret it.
